The timeline depends on site access, weather, airspace, project scope, and the deliverables requested. After the scope is reviewed, AMI can discuss a realistic schedule for field collection, processing, and final delivery. More complex datasets usually take longer than a simple mapping assignment.
Availability depends on project scope, location, site access, travel requirements, weather, airspace, and requested deliverables. AMI reviews each assignment during regular business hours and confirms whether the site can be scheduled safely and appropriately. Short notice may be possible, but it is never assumed.
Share the site location, project purpose, approximate area, access constraints, timeline, and the file types you need at the end. If you already know whether you need orthomosaics, point clouds, contours, or CAD and GIS compatible files, include that too. Clear inputs help AMI define the right workflow.
Project materials are handled with professional care and discretion. AMI respects client privacy and treats site information, drawings, imagery, and deliverables as confidential unless publication is authorized. If your project has sensitive access or documentation concerns, those can be discussed before work begins.
