Tree surveys are a good fit when tree locations, sizes, or site conditions could affect design, clearing, preservation planning, or property documentation. They are especially useful when the project team needs a reliable record before making layout or permitting decisions. If the site is part of a larger development or due diligence package, the survey can often be coordinated with other site data.
Scheduling depends on scope, access, weather, and the requested deliverables. AMI reviews project requests during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, and prompt response is a priority. The best way to speed things up is to share the site address, purpose, timeline, and any access limits at the start.
Before the survey, AMI reviews the site, scope, access, and deliverables so the work is defined correctly. During the field phase, the team collects the needed tree and site information and ties it into the project framework as required. Afterward, you receive the agreed deliverable, which may include a map, report, or dataset that can be used by other professionals.
AMI stands behind professional surveying work by reviewing the scope carefully and delivering the agreed project materials, but survey results are still limited by site conditions, access, and the information requested. If a client needs clarification on the deliverable or a scope discussion for related work, follow-up support is available as part of the project conversation. Any additional field work or revised scope would be handled separately.
