The deliverables depend on the project scope and the way the data will be used. Common outputs can include boundary information, topographic mapping, CAD-compatible files, surface models, point clouds, profiles, cross-sections, or other survey drawings and datasets. The right package is determined by the site conditions and the needs of the engineer, contractor, or owner.
Pricing depends on parcel size, site access, vegetation, water features, requested accuracy, and the final deliverables. A simple site with easy access will usually cost less than a complex tract that needs multiple data products or additional field coordination. The most reliable way to get a number is to share the site details and project goals for review.
Scheduling depends on scope, weather, airspace, access, and the deliverables requested. AMI reviews project requests promptly during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, and then confirms what is realistic for the site. Early contact usually gives you more options than waiting until the schedule is already tight.
You should review the deliverables with your engineer, contractor, or other project professional and confirm whether any additional field data is needed. If the site changes, the design advances, or construction begins, a follow-up survey or updated dataset may be appropriate. AMI can discuss next steps based on the project phase and the information already collected.
